Our client is seeking a fully Qualified Accountant (CA or ACCA) with a strong background in practice who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors, with growing responsibility
* Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and financial statements
* Providing business advisory services and value-add solutions to clients
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members, including reviewing their work
* Liaising directly with clients, HMRC, and other third parties
* Contributing to the development and growth of client relationships
Key Requirements
* Fully Qualified Accountant (CA or ACCA)
* Proven experience within an accountancy practice
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, client-centric approach with the ability to build trusted relationships
* Commercially minded with an eye for identifying opportunities to add value
