Italian Call Handler
Are you confident communicating with customers and comfortable working in a busy, technical support environment where accuracy and problem‑solving really matter? Our client is looking for an Italian Call Handler to join their team, supporting customers with parts advice, technical queries, and order processing while delivering an excellent customer experience across phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient handling of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services for successful sales opportunities
- Handle live chat online enquiries
- Ensure accurate information is provided over the phone and in person where necessary
- Update customer records and internal database as and when required
- Create invoices, proformas and credit notes
- Create outbound and inbound courier labels
- Communicate effectively with internal technical departments
- Be an effective go‑between for customers and internal technical staff
Requirements
- Extensive experience within a call centre environment
- Fluent Italian speaking is essential
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with strong multitasking ability
- Excellent customer service background

About this role
- Salary for this role is between £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- This is a full‑time, permanent position based in Heanor, Derbyshire
- Working hours are 08:00am - 16:30pm
