Mobile Fabric Engineer - M4 Corridor & London\n\nAre you a skilled and experienced Fabric Engineer looking for a rewarding role with a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the freedom to work independently?\n\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our expanding team, covering the M4 corridor and London. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services to our clients across a variety of commercial properties. This role offers door-to-door pay, allowing you to maximize your earnings.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nCarry out a range of fabric maintenance and repair tasks, including:* Carpentry repairs (doors, windows, frames)\n * Roofing repairs (minor)\n * Plumbing\n * Brickwork repairs (minor)\n * Painting and decorating (minor)\n * General building maintenance tasks\n\nRespond promptly to customer requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction\nProject works - Office refurbishments\nMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials used\nEffectively manage your own workload and travel schedule\nCollaborate effectively with colleagues and management\n\nWhat You'll Need:\n\nA proven track record as a Fabric Engineer or multi-skilled maintenance operative with a minimum of 2 years of experience\nA strong understanding of health and safety regulations\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work at heights (where necessary and with appropriate safety measures)\nA full UK driving licence and clean driving record\nA willingness to travel across the M4 corridor and London\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary of up to £40,000 per year\nDoor-to-door pay\nBonuses\nVan and Fuel Card\nOption for a company mobile\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\n5% matched pension scheme\nA supportive and collaborative work environment\nOpportunities for professional development and growthRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
