The Role
You’ll play a key role in bringing digital learning to life — combining visual design and content skills to create engaging, high-quality learning assets.
Working closely with learning designers and consultants, you’ll transform storyboards into interactive modules, develop eye-catching visuals, and ensure everything aligns with brand and user experience standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing visually engaging digital learning content and assets
* Creating animations, infographics, and supporting visual materials
* Building eLearning modules from storyboards using authoring tools
* Applying strong visual design principles (layout, typography, colour, imagery)
* Collaborating with stakeholders to simplify complex ideas through visuals
* Sourcing and managing stock imagery
* Supporting QA processes including proofreading and user testing
* Ensuring consistency from concept through to final delivery
What We’re Looking For
* A degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
* Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
* Exposure to eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Synthesia) is a big plus
* Experience or interest in using AI tools in a creative workflow
* Excellent PowerPoint skills
* A strong creative eye and passion for design
* Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and develop
* Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail, especially in regulated environments
