We are looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join us in Manchester.
Compensation: Realistic OTE of £36,000-£41,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a high‑performing team through coaching, training and development.
* Drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance, quality control and continuous improvement.
* Build strong relationships with landlords and resolve issues professionally.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding and team growth while championing motivation and recognition.
* Report key performance metrics and contribute to strategic goals.
Qualifications
* Proven leader with a passion for people and property.
* Organised, empathetic and solutions‑focused.
* Ideally ARLA qualified or adjacent.
* Experienced in residential property management.
* Strong team leadership and development skills.
* Confident communicator with a proactive mindset.
* Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the team energized.
