Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with EHCPs.
* Work with students with a range of learning needs including ASD, MLD, PMLD, and SEMH.
* Create a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment.
* Use multi-sensory and individualised teaching approaches.
* Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families.
* Monitor and report on student progress and development.
* Contribute to EHCP reviews, planning meetings, and school improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (essential).
* Experience working in a SEND setting (preferred).
* Strong classroom management and a flexible, inclusive approach.
* Knowledge of differentiated teaching strategies and assistive technology.
* Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and professionals.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
* Resilient, patient, and passionate about SEND education.
