Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business / Solution Analyst, gathering requirements and defining IT solutions within projects Experience producing Target Operating Models / Strategies Strong experience with writing Use Cases, User Stories and Acceptance Test scenarios OR Strong usability requirements analysis, process maps Experience with Agile (ideally Scrum or SAFe). Strong analytical, documentation and verbal communication skills in English. Takes complete ownership of delivery of front to back complex functional changes. Maintain strong relations with business stakeholders. Removes blockers and creates pathways during times of uncertainty to ensure resilience. Strong experience of MS Office (typically; Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and JIRA/Confluence (or similar). Experience in technology delivery in a complex organisation Experience in business requirements definition and testing Delivery of business process documentation Excellent planning and reporting skills
