An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Luxury Car Sales Executive to join a fast-growing prestige Car Dealership in Coventry.
This position is ideal for an ambitious and experienced automotive sales professional who thrives in a high-volume, high-value environment and enjoys working with premium vehicles and discerning customers.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales process, delivering a premium customer experience, and consistently achieving strong monthly sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Manage customer enquiries from multiple channels including showroom walk-ins, online leads, marketing campaigns, and platforms such as Auto Trader Group and Carwow.
5. Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience to every customer
6. Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
7. Negotiate sales and close deals efficiently
8. Maintain strong product knowledge across the dealership’s luxury vehicle stock
9. Complete all required sales administration and compliance documentation
10. Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements as a Car Sales Executive:
11. Previous Car Sales Executive experience (prestige or luxury experience preferred)
12. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
13. Strong negotiation and closing skills
14. Professional presentation suitable for a luxury showroom environment
15. Excellent communication and customer service skills
16. Self-motivated and driven to maximise earnings
17. Full UK driving licence
