As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and staff. You will support in coaching and developing your team, driving restaurant performance, and achieving excellent results.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* Has experience in shift planning and execution, ensuring adequate coverage and team coaching
* Has experience managing labour, rotas, and understands restaurant financials
* Loves celebrating team successes and recognizes individual drivers and needs
