You’ll manage and motivate production teams, streamline manufacturing processes, and champion a safety-first culture. Your influence will be felt across planning, output, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working on behalf of a long-established aerospace manufacturing business on the South Coast, Rubicon is recruiting for a senior leadership role that will see you take full ownership of all manufacturing operations and Health & Safety across a busy and technically advanced site.
