Salary: £30,000 £45,000 basic + £20,000 commission potential (OTE up to £65,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:30 (1-hour lunch); 1 in 4 Saturdays, 08:00 13:00 (paid as overtime at 1.5x)
