The Role
We’re looking for caring, enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our Narborough team. As a key worker, you’ll play an important role in supporting children’s early development and creating a safe, inspiring environment.
In this role, you will:
* Be a key person for a group of children, planning and recording their learning journeys
* Deliver fun, creative activities linked to the EYFS
* Provide high‑quality care, focusing on health, hygiene, and safety
* Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates
* Work collaboratively with the whole nursery team, sharing ideas and supporting colleagues
* Attend training sessions, team meetings, and parents’ evenings as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
* GCSE English/Maths or Functional Skills (if required)
* Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
* Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to complete)
* Experience in a childcare or nursery setting is desirable
* Most importantly – a genuine passion for helping children grow, learn, and explore
Hours & Pay:
Full‑time or part‑time hours available. Salary from £12.76 per hour, depending on qualification and experience.
