Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team on a contract basis, patching and skimming. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality finishes and demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of ceiling preparation and plastering.

Key Responsibilities:
* Apply plaster to ceilings to create smooth or textured surfaces
* Prepare ceilings by removing old materials, patching holes, and ensuring surface readiness
* Mix and apply plastering compounds using hand tools
* Skim, float, and finish to a high standard
* Ensure surfaces are level, smooth, and ready for painting or decoration
* Work safely and cleanly, protecting the workspace and surroundings
* Communicate with site managers and coordinate with other trades on-site

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a plasterer, specifically with ceiling work
* Skilled in skimming, bonding, and finishing techniques
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Good physical condition and manual dexterity
* Own tools and PPE
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
