My client is on the lookout for an FP&A Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding the business through a period of exciting transformation and growth. This 12-month fixed-term opportunity and is perfect for someone who loves being hands-on in forecasting and planning while helping shape the finance function of the future.
You’ll work closely with our Head of FP&A and senior leadership, ensuring the business stays on track financially while new systems and tools are rolled out.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring decisions are grounded in accurate, timely insight.
* Partner across the business to strengthen reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial transparency.
* Turn data into clear, actionable insights that help teams make confident decisions.
* Support the wider FP&A transformation agenda while keeping BAU activities running smoothly.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in FP&A, management reporting, or commercial finance within a fast-paced, data-driven business.
* Strong commercial acumen able to turn complex data into meaningful narratives.
