An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events & Marketing Assistant to join a growing technology business based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys coordinating events, managing multiple projects and working within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
This role will heavily focus on events coordination and delivery, supporting a busy and collaborative team with the planning and execution of a wide range of corporate events, client engagement activities and internal initiatives.

The Role
Working closely with the wider team, you will support the end-to-end coordination of events while also assisting with related marketing and communications activity.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating corporate events, networking events, conferences and client functions
* Managing event logistics including venues, suppliers, catering, travel and attendee management
* Sending invitations, tracking responses and managing event communications
* Supporting on-site event delivery and ensuring a seamless attendee experience
* Liaising with external suppliers, agencies and stakeholders
* Assisting with post-event reporting, feedback and follow-up activity
* Supporting social media and marketing communications linked to events
* Preparing presentations, event materials and branded documentation
* Providing wider administrative support to the marketing and events team
Applicants must have
* Previous experience within events and marketing
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
* Experience supporting corporate or client-facing events would be highly advantageous
