The MSVC Quality Administrator role:
Part of the Quality team, the MSVC Quality Administrator is an exciting and fulfilling role at Migrant Help. You will provide support to the Modern Day Slavery (MDS) Quality Officers in gathering data, creating reports and following up on actions.
Key responsibilities of our MSVC Quality Administrator:
Gathering and analysing client feedback to identify actions required and prepare trend analysis report.
Compiling the data from various monitoring forms into one database to allow easy reporting and trend analysis.
Following up on corrective actions with the relevant team.
Completing checks on KPI data, reviewing the KPI reports that come through, monitoring KPI compliance, gathering data for mitigations and report on findings.
Supporting the relevant teams with monitoring customer satisfaction as required.
Supporting the teams with writing process documents.
The experience and skills you need to become our MSVC Quality Administrator:
Experience of creating reports, including gathering data, analysing trends and presenting this is a clear and concise manner
Experience of providing constructive feedback
Good communication skills, including verbal, written and listening
Ability to work to deadlines, time management skills
Ability to work flexibly on own initiative and as part of team as required
