Sous Chef - RAF St Mawgan
* £15.15 per hour + Compass Benefits
* 40 hours per week
* 5 days over 7
Responsibilities
* Oversee all operational aspects of the kitchen and staff in the absence of the Head Chef.
* Ensure all kitchen staff prepare and present food to the Company Standard.
* Maintain correct food and hygiene standards among kitchen staff.
* Lead by example, ensuring the kitchen is always presentable.
* Participate in recruitment, including interviews and trials for potential staff.
* Communicate regularly with the Head Chef about stock levels.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to perform manual handling, including lifting and moving stock and equipment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
