Community Healthcare Support Worker

We are recruiting for Healthcare Support Workers to join our friendly Community Nursing Team on the Isle of Wight.
As a Community Healthcare Support Worker, you will work as an integrated member of the Community Nursing Team, providing nursing care for patients in the community under the direction and supervision of the District Nurse Team Leader.
The role of Healthcare Support Worker is fundamental to the success of Community Nursing Teams and we are looking for successful candidates who are able to demonstrate the competencies to perform at this level and to be the role model of the Trust's core values.

This post will be required to work at any of our localities as necessary.
For this role you are required to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle that you can use for work that has business insurance cover.
Main duties of the job
* Promote a positive and professional image of community nursing
* Act as an integrated member of the Community Nursing Team working with others to support quality of care and ensure the person is at the heart of everything we do
* Provide nursing care for patients in the community under the direction and supervision of the District Nurse Team Leader
* Undertake delegated administration activities to support the Community Nursing Team
