Summary: Our Coffee Training Manager will be responsible for delivering Training and Development support to an existing base of clients.This role involves developing and implementing training programs, completing audits and providing ongoing coaching and support to our clients, whilst collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with the company sales objectives.The ideal candidate will have a passion for speciality coffee, great people skills and is able to inspire and motivate others through training and development. Training:· Conduct in-person training sessions and workshops at all B2B customer locations.· Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for coffee professionals, including baristas, café staff, and distributors, on coffee brewing methods, equipment usage, and product offerings.· Provide hands-on training and demonstrations on espresso preparation, milk steaming, latte art, and other coffee-related skills to enhance quality and consistency.· Educate trainees on the characteristics and flavour profiles of different coffee blends and their origins to enhance their understanding and appreciation of speciality coffee.· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support training initiatives and promote Beverage Innovation Group's products.· Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and objectives of individual customers, considering their level of experience and skillset.· Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and adjust as needed.· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for coffee-related training and support.· Support Sales team on tasting experiences and product trials.· Provide on-site set up and support for new clients at installation. Including launch day support when needed.· Complete quarterly coffee audit quality checks for all B2B clients. Including full summary documents for distribution to sales team.· Beverage and Menu Development for Independent and National customers. Requirements:· Barista skilled, preferably SCA certified.· Knowledge of the coffee industry and a passion for coffee products.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate others.· Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire an audience.· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement training programs.· Self-motivated and structured.· Ability to travel as needed to conduct training sessions and attend industry events.· Ability to lead a team of coffee Barista’s at events.Salary: £35,000 +
