2. you will have a relevant level 3 or above childcare qualification
3. experience of working within a childcare setting
4. you will also be committed to maintaining the highest standards in childcare and education, take a keen interest in every child's progress and ensure that the planning is interesting and exciting for the children who attend the setting

Duties and responsibilities:
8. working under the supervision of our Pre-School manager to provide the highest quality early years provision for children of pre-school age
9. To be a proactive and positive room leader to a team of staff
10. providing outstanding standards of childcare and education by providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment to enable the emotional, social and educational development of children, through individual attention and group activities
11. use a range of tools to monitor and review activities and individual children's progress continuously.
