Purpose and Main Duties
You will have the responsibility of leading, managing and motivating a team of Listing and Scheduling Officers who are responsible for listing a high volume of Fitness to Practise hearings. Working closely with the management team, you will use coaching and support techniques to encourage a positive culture of continuous improvement within your team. You will also be accountable for the quality and delivery of their teams work.
Some other key responsibilities include:
* Planning and determining the workload of the Scheduling team, ensuring effective use of available resources to meet business needs and identification of future resource requirements.
* Ensuring the team operates, at all times, in compliance with the legislation, policies, practice notes, processes and guidance that govern the work of the team.
* Controlling hearing risks through the undertaking of appropriate checks at all stages of the process, making recommendations and escalating any high risk hearings to Operational Managers.

Candidate Requirements
You will have an understanding of regulation and experience in leading or managing a team, with the ability to empower and motivate your direct reports. You will also have exceptional relationship management and analytical skills.
Location: Hybrid working with a mandatory attendance of 1-2 days a week at our office in London.
