Our client is now looking for an Office Admin. Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Wembley Salary: £27,000 per annum Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and well-organised Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied and hands-on role that will support the daily operations of a busy design and build office environment. You'll be the go-to person for all things admin, helping to keep the office running smoothly while supporting the wider team across HR, finance, procurement, and general office coordination. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling post. * Support the Directors and project teams with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and filing paperwork. * Maintain office supplies, place orders with suppliers, and manage stock levels. * Coordinate team calendars, meeting rooms, and office logistics. * Support basic HR processes, including maintaining staff records, onboarding checklists, and holiday tracking. * Assist the finance team with basic invoicing, expenses, and purchase order tracking. * Help with health & safety records, inductions, and ensuring policies are up to date. * Liaise with external service providers such as IT support, cleaners, and utilities. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be dealing with everyone from clients to contractors. * Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment. * Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with cloud systems like Google Drive or Xero is a plus. * Positive, friendly, and solutions-focused attitude
