Ecruitment Administrator Job Spec & requirements Good standard in Maths & English G.C.S.E Some social media marketing experience or I.T. skills / experience * Must have excellent spelling, grammar and communication skills * Must be confident on the phone * Must be able to navigate way through new IT software i.e sage * Reasonably fast typing speed * Sales experience may also be an advantage * Opportunity to train as recruitment consultant * Marketing creating flyers & posts * Must have excellent attention to detail with figures, spelling & grammar * May have the opportunity to update finance software if this is an area the candidate would like to gain experience in. * Updating social media posts, jobs on social media, job sites, updating our own website and increasing traffic with SEO’s * Posting job vacancies on all job sites. * Going through all CV’s and applications, rejecting & accepting * Phone screening and Registering Candidates * Sending and chasing timesheets. * Using Microsoft Office. * Learning to use Eclipse, and using it to record all interactions with clients/ candidates. Putting candidates details on our recruitment software package * Updating candidate availability weekly * ensuring the company is compliant with the data protection act and all candidates’ information, bank details etc. were kept and disposed of correctly. * Ensuring all candidates are compliant before they go out to work according to the DFE guidelines * Must be exceptionally organised, motivated, flexible * Be flexible working from office & home * conducting skype interviews We are Offering: * flexible working * Activity based rewards * The chance for career progression
