As an F&B / Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant or food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the overall operation of the restaurant or F&B department.
* Lead, train, and develop the front of house team.
* Drive high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
* Manage rotas, staffing levels, and labour costs.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Control stock, ordering, and departmental costs.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience as an F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and costs.
* Passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality service.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
