Role Responsibilities
* Assemble small to medium-sized components to specification
* Could involve standing for 8 hours
* Pack finished products accurately and efficiently, ready for dispatch
* Follow standard operating procedures to maintain consistent quality
* Carry out visual inspections to ensure all items meet quality standards
* Work safely and effectively as part of a team to meet production and packing targets
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in assembly, packing, or a similar warehouse-based role
* Use of electronic handheld scanner beneficial
* Packing customer orders
* Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
* Ability to follow instructions and work to set targets monitored by Overall Equipment Effectiveness
* A team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
* Someone who takes pride in their work and fits into a company with a strong ethos
* Keen to be part of a stable and growing business
* Confident using a computer
