An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global sourcing operation as their Talent Acquisition and HR Manager. This role is based in Hong Kong and has a global scope, working across all roles and HR functions.
The role:
1. Deliver a people strategy tailored to each office's challenges and successes.
2. Lead focus groups with senior management on people and HR issues.
3. Develop strong relationships with managers of each sourcing office.
4. Create and deliver training materials.
5. Empower sourcing office managers to lead HR issues through coaching and training.
6. Manage the recruitment of expatriate employees.
7. Oversee onboarding and induction processes.
8. Source new talent and build a pool of high-caliber candidates.
9. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
The candidate:
* Experience in management HR generalist roles.
* Level 7 CIPD qualification is desirable.
* Strong recruitment background.
* Experience in retail or fashion is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.
* Ideally based in Hong Kong.
