Protocol Education is working with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in London to recruit a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to support children in achieving their full potential while developing your own career in education.
You will play a key role in maintaining a nurturing learning environment, working with individuals and groups of pupils, and supporting teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
What You’ll Need:
* Experience working with primary-aged children, building strong learning relationships
* Understanding of classroom organisation and behaviour management
* Experience supporting children with SEND and adapting learning resources to meet individual needs
* Ability to assist with planning, curriculum delivery, and differentiated learning
* High expectations, positivity, and ambition for what pupils can achieve
* A collaborative, team-focused approach and a genuine passion for education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
