The hotel is well known in the area for the Restaurant and is producing Rosette dishes using cumbrian produce. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chefde Partie to cook at a rosette level
The role:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie from a fresh food background at 2 rosette level, you will set up your section, using cumbrian produce to get your fridge ready for service; you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the running of the kitchen. This role will include all the normal Chef de Partie duties.
Experience:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with experience as either a Chef de Partie or a DemiChef de Partie looking to step up. Fresh food experience would be beneficial at a rosette level
