Duties:
6. Assisting customers in selecting the correct parts for their vehicles, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
7. Managing stock levels and ordering parts as needed to maintain inventory accuracy
8. Processing parts sales efficiently and accurately, including dealing with retail and trade customers
9. Providing technical advice and support to both colleagues and customers
10. Maintaining a clean and organised parts department, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Requirements as a Parts Advisor:
11. Previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or in a similar position, within the motor trade
12. Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
13. Knowledge of vehicle parts and automotive systems
14. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
15. Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
