This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll lead wine education, curate an exceptional list, and be a visible presence on the floor — ensuring our wine offering is as memorable as our food and hospitality.You’ll work with an extensive and ambitious wine programme, featuring 70+ wines by the glass and over 240 bottles, in a 160-cover restaurant with a team of around 35 people.
