Job Description
We've partnered with a London-based business to hire an interim to permanent Accounts Payable.
The position will be for an initial 6-months period and offers an attractive hybrid working set up (one day a week in the office).
This role is suited for a graduate level candidate with little to no experience.
* End-to-end invoice processing — managing the full AP cycle including vendor invoice entry, PO matching, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies; investigating and resolving non-compliant invoices with relevant stakeholders.
* Payment execution — preparing and performing weekly payment runs, processing regular and ad hoc payments, and supporting the AP Supervisor across all supplier payment activities.
* Expense management — responsible for processing and approving Travel & Expense claims in line with company policy.
* Supplier relationship & query management — serving as a key point of contact for AP enquiries, reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with colleagues to address invoice-related queries.
* Supplier master data & records management — maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier master data and AP records, including ownership of the Accounts Payable inbox.
* Flexible team contributor — able to support the wider finance function with ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating adaptability within a fast-paced AP environment.
