minimum 40% office presence)

Salary: £33,000
£41,500 per annum

TheLandscape Management Team is made up of more than 36 dedicated professionals. As a Landscape Institute Registered Practice, they are committed to professional excellence, continuous learning, and the development of our people.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Consultant or Senior Managing Agent to join a Landscape Management team. This role ensures that land and property portfolios are safe, well-maintained and compliant, through inspections, risk assessments, and the coordination of maintenance activity.
What Youll Be Doing
Conducting regular site inspections in line with internal policy and RICS safety standards
Completing risk assessments and escalating high-priority hazards
Producing clear and accurate reports, including photographs and recommended actions
Coordinating remedial actions with contractors and service providers
Managing working relationships with security and maintenance teams
Adhering to health and safety procedures and maintaining appropriate PPE
Recording incidents and participating in service improvements and training
What Were Looking For
Were looking for someone who is confident, reliable, and able to balance multiple priorities with a proactive and professional approach.
Essential:
Excellent organisational skills for managing multiple sites and competing priorities
Clear and confident communication skills
Good working knowledge of health and safety legislation relating to land and property
Full UK driving licence
Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable:
NEBOSH Certificate (Construction or Fire Safety)
Membership of the Landscape Institute, RICS, or IOSH
Background in land, estate, or environmental management
Experience of contractor coordination and on-site delivery
Project management or team supervision experience
