Customer Services Executive
Hybrid – Office based in Polegate (hybrid working will be offered once fully trained)
Mon – Friday – 37.5 hrs per week (either an 8.30 – 5.00pm or 9.00am – 5.30pm shift)
Atlas Recruitment Group is currently recruiting an experienced Customer Services Executive with an advanced Admin background to join an established, global professional team. You will provide excellent customer operational service to manage all requests and issues, as well as involvement in dispatch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Accurately input information onto the service management system.
* Raise customer quotes as appropriate and obtain purchase orders from customers for chargeable jobs.
* Regularly check job progress to ensure service level agreements are met.
* Provide phone support to engineers in the field.
* Work towards Department KPIs and company goals.
* Comply with the company’s business procedures (ISO).
* Log information into external customer portals as required.
* Monitor and manage all mailboxes as required.
* Schedule and allocate engineer’s work efficiently, ensuring proper skill level utilization and compliance with H&S policies.
* Arrange travel and hotel accommodations, maintaining cost-effective practices.
* Raise job numbers for service installs and future work, updating the company database.
* Keep spreadsheets updated with machine details and address changes.
* Coordinate with engineers regarding work schedules.
* Maintain constant communication with the Team Leader to ensure effective scheduling.
