We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for maintaining building fabric and services across a variety of systems.

Job Description
Your duties will include the maintenance of lighting and circuits (including emergency lighting), power circuits, low voltage switchgear, fire alarm systems, emergency generators, battery systems, air conditioning, heating controls, portable equipment, nurse call systems, laundry equipment, and more.
While your primary role will focus on maintenance tasks, there will also be some installation work involved. This could include installing conduit, MICC or trunking-based distribution, and plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
* Lighting and lighting circuits (including emergency lighting)
* Power circuits and low voltage switchgear
* Fire alarm systems
* Emergency generators and associated switchgear
* Battery systems
* Fire extinguishers and fire fighting equipment
* Air conditioning equipment and controls
* Heating controls, boiler controls, and associated equipment
* Portable equipment
* Nurse call systems
* Laundry equipment and cleaning machines
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Significant experience in electrical building services maintenance, including fault finding and installation
* Experience in reactive and PPM building services maintenance
* Worked within FM or building services in commercial properties
* Experienced in Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments
* City & Guilds 2230 Level 3, NVQ 2356/2357, or City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition qualification
