On behalf of our client, a high performing, boutique brokerage operating within a premier, award winning Estate Agency in Gloucester, we are searching for a driven and resilient professional to transition into a fully fledged Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
This isn't a "sink or swim" position. Our client provides full financial funding for your CeMAP qualification and structured one on one mentorship from an experienced Business Principal dedicated to your professional development.

Key Responsibilities
As you transition into the Adviser role, your focus will shift from processing cases to consulting with clients:
Expert Advice: Providing high quality, compliant mortgage and protection advice to a diverse client base.
Lead Conversion: Proactively managing and converting warm leads introduced by the branch sales team.
Stakeholder Management: Building strong rapport with estate agency partners to ensure a seamless client journey.
Compliance: Ensuring all files are maintained to the highest regulatory standards—"doing things properly" is a core value here.
Market Knowledge: Developing an up to the minute understanding of lender criteria and regulatory changes.
Candidate Requirements
This is a career progression role. We are looking for the right foundation and attitude:
Financial Services Background: Essential. You must have a solid grasp of the mortgage process (e.g., as an Administrator, Paraplanner, or Case Manager).
Ambition: A genuine desire to move into a regulated advising role and a commitment to passing your CeMAP exams.
Resilience: The "grit" and energy required to thrive in a fast paced, high volume agency environment.
Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build trust quickly and communicate complex information clearly to clients.
