Ezi Klamp Systems are looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive growth in the Install Sales Channel – Growing sales to contractors looking for a supply and fit option. The customer base is medium to large construction companies such as ISG, Bam Construction, Beard etc.
Main responsibilities
* Growing and maintaining key accounts
* Identifying contacts within new companies
* Maximising sales in target industries
* Maximising Major Infrastructure Projects within target industries
* Hitting Measurables (KPI’s)
Activities
* Phone calls – Prospecting / New Business
* Phone calls – Quote Follow Up / Closing
* F2F Meetings (In person & on Teams) – Introduction
* F2F Meetings (In person & on Teams) – Big Deal progression
* Pipeline Management
* Time & Task Management
* Internal Meetings
* Internal Admin (Rocks, to-do’s etc)
Skills / Attributes required

Must be able to commute to the office daily.
