The Role:
As the first point of contact for the business, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and refined front-of-house experience. Responsibilities will include:

* Providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and stakeholders

* Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls efficiently and courteously
\t
* Organising incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
\t
* Liaising with couriers and coordinating collections and drop-offs
\t
* Booking, managing, and preparing meeting rooms as required
\t
* Handling ad hoc administrative queries and supporting the wider office as needed
