Your Day-to-Day
* Supporting pupils in class, small groups or 1:1
* Helping deliver fun, engaging and creative learning activities
* Encouraging positive behaviour and building confidence
* Providing emotional and pastoral support
* Assisting teachers with planning, preparation and classroom organisation
* HLTA roles: Leading whole-class learning and supporting wider teaching responsibilities
