Woodlands Health Centre is a well-established, medium-sized GMS training practice serving a growing and diverse population of over 14,000 patients across Paddock Wood, East Peckham and Five Oak Green. Our team includes 6 GP partners, 2 salaried GPs, a 6-member nursing team and a skilled administrative team. We are proud of our strong QOF performance and our commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. As part of the Tonbridge Primary Care Network, we work within a strong multidisciplinary team, combining continuity of care with modern digital access.
Main duties of the job Start date: 1 August, flexible for the right candidate.
