BUSINESS ANALYST - IRISS EXPERIENCE (CONTRACT)

REED Technology are working with a client who is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong IRISS platform knowledge to support change initiatives across the organisation.
This role is highly delivery‑focused. The frameworks are already established - the client needs someone who can operate confidently within them, drive clarity, and accelerate execution.
The immediate priority is securing a Business Analyst with hands‑on IRISS experience, ideally within customised platform environments.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit and document business and technical requirements
Collaborate closely with Technology teams to translate requirements into user stories
Conduct gap analysis across platforms and operational processes
Support UAT cycles and manage issue resolution
Engage with internal stakeholders and AR firms
Contribute to the successful delivery of in‑flight change initiativesEssential Experience
Proven Business Analyst experience within Wealth Management
Strong hands-on experience with IRISS (Xplan preferred)
Experience working within customised platform environments
Confident stakeholder engagement at all levels
Background supporting delivery‑stage projects
Strong commercial awarenessApplications must have full rights to work in the UK without sponsorship and be able to be on site 3 days a week (Worcestershire).
