Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can help people in need? We are seeking a healthcare assistant to join our community team and support individuals managing Parkinson’s disease. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Your Role:
* Assist patients in using a specialised machine to manage their Parkinson’s symptoms
* Provide empathetic support and guidance to patients
* Help improve patients' quality of life through effective use of the machine
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit patients in their homes and provide support in using equipment
* Collaborate with our nurses to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate records and provide timely feedback
* Participate in ongoing training and development
Your Skills:
* Excellent communication skills
* Empathy and a caring nature
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and adapt
Requirements:
* Full UK driving license
* Flexibility to meet changing priorities and patient needs
