Job Description
Join a dynamic, fast-growing fintech SaaS as a Finance & Accounts Assistant, directly supporting the CFO and external bookkeepers. This pivotal role ensures the smooth, accurate, and timely processing of all day-to-day finance operations, from accounts payable / receivable to payroll and month-end reporting, contributing significantly to the companys financial health and operational efficiency.

What you will do
* Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and preparing payment runs
* Oversee accounts receivable, raising sales invoices, allocating receipts, and chasing overdue balances
* Provide comprehensive support for month‑end close, posting journals, reconciling key accounts, and assisting with management accounts
The ideal candidate
* Possesses 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance assistant role, ideally within an SME or fintech
* Demonstrates solid knowledge of double‑entry bookkeeping, reconciliations, and proficiency in Xero
* Is detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable navigating the demands of a fast‑paced scale‑up environment
