About The Role
Reporting to the Airport Service Manager, you will be joining their Terminal 4 Maintenance Support Team at Heathrow Airport.
Responsibilities:
Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks on the systemPerform electrical and mechanical tasks (including motors, bearings and belts) including analytical troubleshooting in planned as well as reactive environmentsEnsure all PPM schedules are completed within agreed timescalesAble to deal with any control technical faultsSupport on identifying problematic faults and rectify and monitor performance on a continual basis Perform maintenance tasks on PLC SystemsSupport existing site based BEUMER Group Maintenance colleaguesCapable of meeting targets and deadlinesWorking as part of a team and also comfortable working on your ownAbout You
You need to hold relevant qualifications in either mechanical or electrical for example City and Guilds/NVQ or an ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalentYou hold some experience from a similar role, preferably within sortation and distribution or a fast moving production environmentYou may have knowledge of Emergency Stop Systems and Safety Supervision SystemsYou have excellent communication skills and solid IT skills, primarily with Microsoft Office applicationsAble to work night shifts
