Job Purpose:

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategy into action across various brand activities, including innovation and delivering effective retailer media both in-store and beyond.

Responsibilities:

* Planning, developing, and implementing retailer activations (online & offline) in key accounts to support promotional programs, maximize in-store visibility, and drive reach and frequency to support purchase conversion.
* Tracking and reporting retailer activation performance, utilizing Roamler where appropriate, to ensure retailer media implementation aligns with objectives.
* Managing paid marketing on e-tail platforms to enhance online brand visibility and increase household penetration in key accounts.
* Implementing PR initiatives.
* Supporting the Head of Marketing with digital strategies, including paid social and influencer campaigns.
* Managing the UK Amazon online store and developing expansion plans for key EU markets.
* Supporting the development and launch of two new product ranges across multiple categories.
* Driving performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (search, display, social) with a focus on ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion metrics to grow the brand and improve sales efficiency.
* Performing other duties and ad-hoc projects as required.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

* 2-3 years of experience in brand/digital marketing, with some exposure to project management, preferably in FMCG.
* Familiarity with digital and performance marketing channels (paid social, search, display).
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, management, or related fields.
* Organized self-starter with initiative.
* Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative and analytical mindset.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Adaptability to changing trends and deadlines.
* Punctuality, reliability, motivation, and willingness to learn and develop.
* Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Office Based
