Job Description
3. Manage and grow relationships with existing retail clients
4. Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner
5. Collaborate with the sales team to maximise profit and meet sales targets
6. Identify and attract prospective clients
7. Coordinate with other departments to improve customer service
8. Prepare reports on account status
9. Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
10. Stay current with retail industry trends
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
11. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
12. Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role
13. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
14. Strong verbal and written communication skills
15. A customer-oriented approach with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
16. Strong understanding of the retail industry and its customer service processes
17. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
