This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, where you will be key to ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Job Information The role focuses on reactive and preventative maintenance, with a mechanical bias, though multi-skilled engineers are encouraged to apply. The client welcomes candidates from a wide range of industrial sectors. Deliver reactive and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment across the site. Quickly diagnose faults and carry out repairs to reduce downtime. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they affect production. Collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement and maximise equipment reliability. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report on work completed. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment as required. Comply with health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment. Key Requirements To apply for the maintenance engineering position located in Boston, Lincolnshire you will need to have some experience working as a maintenance engineer, preferably within a manufacturing, engineering, plastics, FMCG or similar environment. Mechanical bias preferred; however, multi-skilled candidates with electrical experience will also be considered. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Willingness and ability to work a 3-shift pattern covering days and nights, Monday to Friday. Adaptable and proactive in a fast-moving environment.
