Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Global organisation based in the St Albans area who are looking for a candidate to join one of their teams. This position would be suited to someone who has worked within an admin focused role, processing orders and working within a fast paced team. The suitable candidate will be a good team player who is also able to work independently. Good communication skills on all levels are a must have!
Please note - This is a fully office based role working Monday - Friday
Salary - £35,000 plus bonus, and other great benefits including 25 days holiday which rise with length of service.
Some of the duties will include:
Maintaining knowledge of company products and services
Managing and processing customer orders
Working with SAP
Placing purchase orders for the company and 3rd party suppliers
Keeping the customer informed of delivery dates or any changes to final invoicing
Working with internal teams with ordering and maintaining stock
Logging engineers time sheets where required
Arranging travel for systems team members
Providing administrative support to colleagues in the systems team
The suitable candidate:
Previous administration experience with at least 3 years experience
Experience of working within a fast paced team
Experience in order processing
Enthusiastic and personable candidate
Good communication skills on all levels
Previous experience with SAP would be beneficial
Ability to prioritise day to day tasks
