* Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
* Full UK driving licence
Need to do
* Represent Barchester and our state‑of‑the‑art home in a friendly and professional manner
* Responsible for all sales activity for the home
* Talk to potential new residents over the phone, and provide informative and welcoming tours of the home
* Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
* Respond to sales enquiries
* Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
* Maintain a contacts database
Person specification – qualifications essential
* The successful candidate should have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector. They should be self‑motivated, target‑driven, and possess strong interpersonal and professional qualities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and a full UK driving licence are also required.
