Provide person‑centred support to young people with autism, complex needs, and emotional/behavioural difficulties Promote independence, emotional regulation, and positive engagement Support daily routines, therapeutic activities, and community access Participate in our Outreach Programme, supporting young people in the community with appointments, activities, and social opportunities Maintain accurate records and follow organisational safeguarding and reporting procedures Work collaboratively with the therapeutic team to create a safe, nurturing environment Attend required training, shadowing, and development sessions
