What You’ll Need Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). Experience working as a Deputy Nursery Manager or Senior Early Years Leader. Strong understanding of EYFS and best practice in early years care. Confident leadership, communication, and organisational skills. What You’ll Do Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day operations, quality standards, and team leadership. Lead staff across rooms, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and creative learning environment. Help implement and enhance the curriculum, ensuring age-appropriate, high-quality activities. Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff. Oversee compliance, safeguarding, and documentation in line with Ofsted requirements. Step into the Manager role when required, ensuring continuity and high-quality practice.
